Digital skills development

Using a range of information from various sources and feedback from employers and educators, I have developed a range of sessions that individuals can learn and gain some digital skills. Below is a list of the skills;

Session 1 - foundation

Quiz to check depth of knowledge and record of progress for digital badge.

Session 1 - To Do

In the box entitled to do, this is the content that all students will need to be able to demonstrate they can comfortably manage by the end of the session. After which they will complete the quick quiz to establish a record of knowledge and the facilitator/tutor will observe and record the students completing the 'To-Do' list as evidence of achievement, and record the sessions achievements on their log of progress. Each student will gain 'Milestone' digital badges as they progress through the skills of each session.

Session 1 - Evidence

In the box entitled evidence this is the content that the facilitator/tutor will observe and record on a tracking report that the student has successfully completed the tasks for the session.

The student will have completed the tasks and also the quick quiz on session 1, this will all be recorded and tracked in readiness for 'Milestone' digital badges to be awarded.

Session 2 -Communicating

Quick Quiz 2 to check depth of knowledge and record progress for digital badge

Sessions 1-6 are all similar in format with a 'To-Do' section for the student and an evidence section for the facilitator/tutor. All have a quick quiz section to demonstrate the skills developed as milestones for each session or you may choose to have just one digital badge upon completion of the 6 sessions.
